Jeff Williams

Jeff has held executive positions in sales operations, marketing, customer advocacy, and strategic planning in Silicon Valley high technology companies. He provided leadership to worldwide change initiatives to transform organizational responsiveness to customer orders and product delivery at Hewlett-Packard and was an integral resource in an international technology start-up. Jeff provides executive coaching and supports client strategic planning, marketing and sales, and operational improvements.

He earned an MBA from the University of Santa Clara and a BA in Mathematics from San Jose State University. Jeff lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, is an avid skier, a fan of Stanford volleyball, and enjoys international travel with his family.


Ron Oshima

Ron leverages his extensive experience as a learning and organizational development professional delivering leadership programs and operational effectiveness consulting in telecommunications, finance, health care, higher education, government agencies, and public utilities. He provides guidance to leaders and managers to add value to the strategic planning process, execution of operational and cultural change initiatives to improve business analytics, and validation of staffing requirements.

He is a graduate of Stanford University and San Francisco State University and completed executive programs at Harvard University and the University of California, Los Angeles. Ron is a fan of Stanford football and enjoys surfing, golf, and travel.


Alison Friedow

Alison has designed and delivered customized management, administrative, and customer service workshops in higher education, government agencies, and hospitality services. Her learning programs support workforce development, performance management, implementation of best practices, and continuous operational improvement. To support client integration of knowledge to the workplace, Alison delivers blended learning to optimize workforce learning and time management.

She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, Creighton University, and Oxford University and earned her PhD in learning theory and design. Alison is a fan of Nebraska football and enjoys family travel, including scuba diving in tropical waters.


Michael Spangler

Michael has delivered executive leadership development and coaching to support and sustain organizational culture building in public utilities, finance, and higher education for nearly three decades. He facilitates executive and management alignment to accelerate strategic and culture change initiatives that improve individual and organizational performance. Michael also delivers customized leadership programs and coaches executives through action planning, communication, and initiative completion.

He earned his BA in Business Administration from Franklin Marshall College and a BA in Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College. Michael enjoys Ohio State football and travel with his family.​


Kathy McClain

Kathy assesses organizational learning needs to design and deliver customized learning programs to improve leadership and culture building that sustains performance and accountability. Her project management aligns strategic initiatives to operational achievement, enables targeted workforce competency building, and supports customer service excellence. Additionally, Kathy is a valued consultant and coach to support application of desired skills and behaviors in the work environment. Her experience includes 15 years in retail and higher education.

She earned her BA in Psychology as well as a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside, and holds a Certification with Distinction in Training and Human Resource Development from the University of California, Berkeley. Kathy is an avid reader, values her family time, and is a mentor and sports fan to her three sons.
